Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).

Non-Returnable Items

- Items that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered.
- Customized products or special orders.
- Returns requested after 14 days from delivery.

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@brolangt.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Refunds

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item).
- For returns due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong purchase, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

All our products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

What Is Covered

- Material defects.
- Manufacturing faults such as broken welds, structural cracks, or assembly defects.

What Is Not Covered

- Normal wear and tear (e.g., tool heads wearing out through use).
- Damage from misuse, abuse, improper handling, overloading, or incorrect operating conditions.
- Damage caused by accidents, modification, or unauthorized repair.

Warranty Claim Process

- Contact support@brolangt.com with your order details and photos of the defective product.
- Once the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or repair, or issue a refund if necessary.
- Shipping costs for warranty claims due to manufacturing defects are covered by us.
